In 2010, a multidisciplinary group of technology enthusiasts came together with one goal: to enable the development of a remotely piloted aerial system capable of being used in search and rescue missions for people lost in inhospitable environments.

At that time, there was little talk of civil or commercial applications for this type of technology, and projects of this nature were mostly academic or hobbyist in nature.

There was an international competition in Australia that lasted 2 years for search and rescue using original self-piloted aerial systems, which we entered to participate in (more here: https://uavchallenge.org/ , https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UAV_Outback_Challenge).

Using only its own resources, the team achieved the expected result by building 3 generations of an experimental micro-aircraft powered by electricity, remotely piloted, capable of flying for 60 minutes at a cruising speed of 70 km/h, with a safe range for C2 links of up to 15 km, and capable of delivering a survival kit weighing up to 1 kg.

The challenges brought important experiences and also conclusions: there is a lack of support for technological development in Brazil, although this is compensated by the enormous creativity of its entrepreneurs.

The opportunities were clear in the applications of remotely piloted technology, whether in the air, on land or in water, and thus the concept of a business was born, aimed at facilitating the application of this technology in the day-to-day of other businesses, transforming complex projects into easy-to-use productivity tools to increase results.

The projects for the development, construction and piloting of remotely piloted aerial systems added know-how and maturity applicable to other software development services for desktop, server and embedded systems already underway by the company’s professionals.
